~ We cannot guarantee the performance of this website. If there is an error with this website we will do our best to correct, amend or report these errors where necessary.
~ We take no responsibility for the performance, or content, of websites related to or linked to this one.
~ This website and its design, images and content is owned by us and must not be used by any outside parties without prior authorisation.
~ We include links to other websites, just for your convenience and fun. It doesn’t mean we endorse the sites we link to. We cannot take responsibility for their content.

Products:
~ All product measurements and dimensions given are aproximate and may vary slightly from piece to piece. However these variations will not be to any degree that we believe is noticeable.
~ We recommend all Mockinghorse jewellery is kept in its box when not in use. Our acrylic is strong enough for its purposes of being worn, but may not survive being dropped, bent or scratched. We cannot be responsible for any damage to person, product or property caused by misuse or mistreatment of Mockinghorse products.
~ Our product designs are our original property and copyright of Mockinghorse. Any replication, deliberate imitation of our products and designs will require us to take further action. We support original ideas.
~ All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
~ All items are gift-boxed at no additional charge.

Refunds & returns:
~ We will exchange any of our products within 28 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn and in a resellable condition. We will also offer credit notes in this instance.
~ If an item is faulty and you return it to us within 28 days we will either repair it, replace it, or offer a refund (including postage costs).
~ We recommend any item returned to us for an exchange or refund is securely and safely packaged, and sent by recorded delivery. We cannot take responsibility for any mail we do not receive.

~ Payment is made through Paypal, which is a separate secure e-commerce website. For more details see: www.paypal.com
~ If you are not a member of Paypal and wish to pay by cheque or other means, please contact us for more details.
